Month 7 of the year of mini notebooks project. July. In honor of the good old U.S. of A.

You will need:

• a plain mini notebook
  
• silver tinsel garland
• wood skewers or toothpicks
• red, white and blue bakers twine

Directions:

1. Follow these directions to make the mini sparklers.
2. Tie the onto the mini notebook using red, white and blue bakers twine.
